With a background in healthcare, Lina discovered her passion for technology and made a complete career transition, starting from scratch as a manual QA.\nShe quickly progressed to QAE and later to Head of QA, gaining hands-on experience from both sides of the equation: the strategic perspective of someone leading departments and the practical perspective of someone who still gets hands-on with testing \u2014 because she believes that losing touch with the product means losing touch with the team.<\/p>

Today, her mission is to build strong QA departments, mentor professionals, and prepare the next generation of testers.
