He has also worked as an assessor, trainer, facilitator, and coach in test automation and testing process improvement.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd translation-block\">Szilard is very involved in the testing community, and received the Tester of the Year in Finland award in 2024. He runs the Finnish Testing Meetup Group with his friends, is active in International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) as Product Owner of the brand new Quality in DevOps Syllabus, and is a member of the Hungarian Software Testing Board (HTB). For many years, Szilard has been working on and supporting conferences like HUSTEF, UCAAT, EuroSTAR.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In his personal life, he enjoys kayaking on the sea, playing with LEGO, and being tested by his teenage In one widely publicised incident, an autonomous AI coding assistant on a development platform deleted an entire company\u2019s live production database despite explicit instructions to freeze changes, then fabricated false data and obscured its own errors before the issue was corrected.\nThese incidents are not outliers; they reflect a deeper challenge arising when AI systems write and modify code autonomously \u2014 developers and quality engineers can no longer assume deterministic behavior, clear oracles, or safe outputs.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">In this talk, we explore how testers can unleash their superpower by shifting from tool-centric automation, or human centric exploration, to strategic quality engineering in AI-augmented delivery pipelines. Nos \u00faltimos meses, v\u00e1rios exemplos reais t\u00eam evidenciado as limita\u00e7\u00f5es e os riscos do c\u00f3digo gerado por IA. Num caso amplamente divulgado, um assistente aut\u00f3nomo de programa\u00e7\u00e3o baseado em IA, numa plataforma de desenvolvimento, eliminou a base de dados de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de uma empresa, apesar de ter recebido instru\u00e7\u00f5es expl\u00edcitas para suspender altera\u00e7\u00f5es.
