These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed between PSTQB \u2013 Portuguese Software Testing Qualifications Board <\/b>, headquartered at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, located at Rua Dr. Roberto Frias, s\/n, 4200-465 Paranhos, Porto, with correspondence address at Av.\u00aa Infante D. Henrique, 311, Edif\u00edcio Espazo, 1950-421 Lisbon, Legal Entity Identification Number (N.I.P.C.) PT 509 326 781 and contact +351 211 935 548, hereinafter referred to interchangeably as \u201cAssociation\u201d or \u201cPSTQB\u201d and users of the website www.pstqb.pt<\/a>, hereinafter referred to interchangeably as \u201cUsers\u201d or \u201cUser.\u201d<\/p>

1. The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to provide and define all the information necessary for the User regarding the methods of ordering, selling, paying, and providing the service, carried out on the official PSTQB<\/b> website;<\/p>

2. ARTICLE 2
ORDER<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. The User<\/b> selects the service they wish to purchase (e.g., Certification Exam, Member Registration), fills out the respective form, and then makes the respective payment using one of the available options;<\/p>

2. To purchase the services provided by PSTQB<\/b>, the User<\/b> must:<\/p>

a) To register as an Associate:<\/p>

  1. Go to the corresponding tab (Associates);<\/span><\/li>
  2. Select one of the available registration methods;<\/li>
  3. Fill in all required fields;<\/li>
  4. Complete all information and choose the options available to you throughout the registration process, namely all tax information for the purposes of issuing and sending the respective invoice and receipt.<\/li>
  5. \u00a0<\/li><\/ol>

    b) To register as a Candidate for an ISTQB\u00ae Certification level (ISTQB\u00ae Certification Exam):<\/span><\/p>

    1. Go to the corresponding tab (Certifications);<\/li>
    2. Select the ISTQB\u00ae Certification level you wish to take;<\/li>
    3. Fill in all required fields;<\/li>
    4. Complete all information and choose the options available to you throughout the registration process, namely all tax information for the purposes of issuing and sending the respective invoice and receipt.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      3. Final confirmation of the order by the User<\/b> implies full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the services available for sale, as well as these General Conditions of Sale.<\/p>

      4. The PSTQB<\/b> undertakes to process all orders received online in a diligent manner. If the service is unavailable, PSTQB<\/b> undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.<\/p>

      5. The User<\/b> is fully responsible for the information contained in the invoice. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes.<\/p>

      1. On the official PSTQB<\/b> website, www.pstqb.pt, the following payment methods are offered to the User:<\/p>

      a) ATM Reference;<\/p>

      b) Bank Transfer;<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

      1. Prices are final (Retail Price) and always in Euros;<\/p>

      ARTICLE 6

      1. The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by PSTQB \u2013 Portuguese Software Testing Qualifications Board<\/b>. The request must be sent in writing to the contact email info@pstqb.pt<\/a>, within 5 days of the order, and the instructions for cancellation or refund of the amount paid will be answered and defined by PSTQB<\/b>, through the same means of communication.<\/p>

      2. Whenever possible, refunds should be made using the same payment method, but if this is not possible, the user must provide proof of payment and account or card ownership so that the refund can be made by bank transfer.<\/p>

      3. PSTQB<\/b> undertakes to reimburse the User<\/b> within a maximum period of 5 days if the return process has been accepted after review.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Para efetuar a compra dos servi\u00e7os prestados pela PSTQB, o Utilizador dever\u00e1: a) Para inscri\u00e7\u00e3o, enquanto Associado(a): Dirigir-se ao separador correspondente (Associados); Selecionar uma das modalidades de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis; Efetuar o preenchimento de todos os campos obrigat\u00f3rios; Completar todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es e escolher as op\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe s\u00e3o disponibilizadas ao longo do processo de termino de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o, nomeadamente todos os dados fiscais para efeitos de emiss\u00e3o e envio da respetiva fatura e recibo. \u00a0 b) Para inscri\u00e7\u00e3o, enquanto Candidato(a) a um n\u00edvel de Certifica\u00e7\u00e3o ISTQB\u00ae (Exame de Certifica\u00e7\u00e3o ISTQB\u00ae): Dirigir-se ao separador correspondente (Certifica\u00e7\u00f5es); Selecionar o n\u00edvel de Certifica\u00e7\u00e3o ISTQB\u00ae que pretende realizar; Efetuar o preenchimento de todos os campos obrigat\u00f3rios; Completar todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es e escolher as op\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe s\u00e3o disponibilizadas ao longo do processo de termino de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o, nomeadamente todos os dados fiscais para efeitos de emiss\u00e3o e envio da respetiva fatura e recibo. 3. A confirma\u00e7\u00e3o final da encomenda pelo Utilizador equivale \u00e0 aceita\u00e7\u00e3o plena e completa dos pre\u00e7os e descri\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os dispon\u00edveis para venda assim como destas Condi\u00e7\u00f5es Gerais de Venda. 4. A PSTQB obriga-se a tratar, de forma diligente, todas as encomendas recebidas online. Na falta de disponibilidade da presta\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o a PSTQB, compromete-se a informar o Utilizador com a maior brevidade que lhe for poss\u00edvel. 5. Os dados constantes na fatura s\u00e3o da inteira responsabilidade do Utilizador. A fatura depois de emitida n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser reemitida com altera\u00e7\u00f5es. 6. Caso o pagamento da factura n\u00e3o seja recepcionado pelos servi\u00e7os dentro do prazo indicado, a encomenda n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 garantida. ARTIGO 3 PAGAMENTO 1. No website oficial da PSTQB, www.pstqb.pt, prop\u00f5em-se ao Utilizador as seguintes modalidades de pagamento: a) Refer\u00eancia Multibanco; b) Transfer\u00eancia Banc\u00e1ria; ARTIGO 4 DISPONIBILIZA\u00c7\u00c3O E CONSUMO 1. A disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o ser\u00e1 realizada ap\u00f3s a confirma\u00e7\u00e3o do pagamento efetuado. ARTIGO 5 PRE\u00c7OS 1. Os pre\u00e7os devem entender-se finais (Pre\u00e7o de Venda a P\u00fablico P.V.P.) e sempre em Euros; 2. Caso se verifique um aumento do Pre\u00e7os de algum servi\u00e7o, o Utilizador ser\u00e1 informado de imediato, podendo optar por continuar a sua encomenda (efetuando o pagamento da diferen\u00e7a) ou por proceder ao seu cancelamento. Sempre que poss\u00edvel a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 realizar-se pela mesma via de pagamento, mas caso n\u00e3o seja poss\u00edvel, o utilizador dever\u00e1 apresentar comprovativos de pagamento e de titularidade de conta ou cart\u00e3o, para que se realize a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o por Transfer\u00eancia Banc\u00e1ria. 3.
