André Santos has 18 years of experience in the IT field, with a strong specialization in Quality Assurance (QA). Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in QA consulting and has had the opportunity to establish two QA departments from scratch. Currently, he is responsible for the Quality Assurance business line at Axians, overseeing more than 90 people. During his career, André started as a tester and has since held roles such as QA Lead, QA Strategy Lead, Project Manager, and for the past six years, Head of QA. He has worked across various sectors, with significant experience in healthcare, finance, transportation, insurance, and e-commerce.
