NOTA PREAMBULAR
1. These general conditions of sale are agreed between the PSTQB - Portuguese Software Testing Qualifications Board, based at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, located at Rua Dr. Roberto Frias, s/n, 4200-465 Paranhos, Porto, with correspondence address located at Av.ª Infante D. Henrique, 311, Edifício Espazo, 1950-421 Lisbon, Corporate Identification Number (N.I.P.C.) PT 509 326 781 and contact +351 211 935 548, hereinafter referred to, interchangeably, as “Association" or "PSTQB " and users the website www.pstqb.pt, hereinafter referred to, interchangeably, as “Users" or "User”.
2. The parties agree that purchases made through this website will be governed exclusively by this contract to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website.
ARTICLE 1
OBJECT
1. The purpose of these general sales conditions is to provide and define all necessary information to the User about the modalities of ordering, selling, paying and providing the service, carried out on the official website of PSTQB;
2. These conditions regulate all the steps necessary for the User to proceed with the payment of all services purchased;
ARTICLE 2
ORDER
1. The User selects the service they wish to purchase (example: Certification Exam, Membership Registration), fills in the respective form and then makes the respective payment through one of the available options;
2. To purchase the services provided by PSTQB, the User must:
a) For registration, as an Associate:
- Go to the corresponding tab (Associates);
- Select one of the available registration modalities;
- Complete all mandatory fields;
- Complete all information and choose the options made available to you during the registration process, namely all tax data for the purpose of issuing and sending the respective invoice and receipt.
b) To apply as a Candidate for an ISTQB® Certification level (ISTQB® Certification Exam):
- Go to the corresponding tab (Certifications);
- Select the level of ISTQB® Certification you wish to undertake;
- Complete all mandatory fields;
- Complete all information and choose the options made available to you during the registration process, namely all tax data for the purpose of issuing and sending the respective invoice and receipt.
3. The final confirmation of the order by the User is equivalent to the full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the services available for sale as well as these General Sales Conditions.
4. PSTQB undertakes to diligently process all orders received online. In the absence of availability of service provision a PSTQB, undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.
5. The data contained in the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes.
6. If the payment of the invoice is not received by the services within the indicated period, the order will not be guaranteed.
ARTIGO 3
PAGAMENTO
1. No website oficial da PSTQB , www.pstqb.pt, propõem-se ao Utilizador as seguintes modalidades de pagamento através da plataforma Easypay – Instituição de Pagamento Lda:
a) Cartão de crédito (Visa, Mastercard);
b) Referência Multibanco;
c) MBWay
2. No caso do pagamento com cartão de crédito, o débito será efetuado no cartão do User imediatamente após confirmação da capacidade de prestação do serviço pela PSTQB . Se algum dos serviços encomendados não for possível de ser prestado, o valor dos mesmos será creditado no cartão do User, após o fecho da encomenda.
3. Os pagamentos poderão, ainda, ser efetuados através de transferência bancária.
ARTIGO 4
DISPONIBILIZAÇÃO E CONSUMO
1. A disponibilização do serviço será realizada após a confirmação do pagamento efetuado.
ARTIGO 5
PREÇOS
1. Os preços devem entender-se finais (Preço de Venda a Público P.V.P.) e sempre em Euros;
2. Caso se verifique um aumento do Preços de algum serviço, o User será informado de imediato, podendo optar por continuar a sua encomenda (efetuando o pagamento da diferença) ou por proceder ao seu cancelamento.
ARTIGO 6
CANCELAMENTO E DEVOLUÇÃO
1. O processo de cancelamento ou devolução é tratado caso a caso, pela PSTQB – Associação Portuguesa de Testes de Software. O pedido deverá chegar por escrito para o e-mail de contacto rui.cardoso@pstqb.pt, até 5 dias após a encomenda, sendo as instruções de cancelamento ou devolução do valor pago respondidas e definidas pela PSTQB , pelo mesmo meio de comunicação.
2. Sempre que possível a devolução deverá realizar-se pela mesma via de pagamento, mas caso não seja possível, o utilizador deverá apresentar comprovativos de pagamento e de titularidade de conta ou cartão, para que se realize a devolução por Transferência Bancária.
3. A PSTQB compromete-se a reembolsar o User no prazo máximo de 5 dias, caso o processo de devolução tenha sido aceite após análise.
ARTIGO 7
POLÍTICA DE PRIVACIDADE
O tratamento dos seus dados é efetuado no cumprimento da legislação sobre a proteção de dados pessoais. Os mesmos, sujeitos a tratamento informático, constarão na(s) base(s) de dados da PSTQB e destinam-se ao registo e apresentação de outros produtos e serviços, bem como informação institucional, a disponibilizar pelas mesmas.
O seu fornecimento é facultativo e é garantido, nos termos da lei, o direito de acesso, retificação e anulação de qualquer dado que lhe diga diretamente respeito, pessoalmente ou por via escrita, diretamente para o endereço constante na página inicial deste website.
